Hey! How's it going? My name is Ashley and I am so thankful you are here.
My journey into spirit began in 2007 when I started to meditate and read new age books. I give a lot of thanks to James Van Praagh and Doreen Virtue (during her Hay House days) for their books at the time. They helped me understand the world of metaphysics in a way that made me feel safe and seen.
Soon I began teaching meditation in public libraries (so, yes, for free) in a predominantly senior citizen area. Those people were some of the most wonderful people I have met. Leading them to their authentic self will always hold a special place in my heart.
Now, I have embarked on Spirit Release Therapy, or Spirit-Guided Remote Spirit Release Therapy (SGRSRT), if you wanted to the true name. My first clearing was in 2023 with the co-founder of the Spirit Release Academy, Jonno Webster, and that clearing changed my outlook on life. Since then I have wanted to share that experience with others in any way I can. In 2025 I was certified to facilitate in SGRSRT and it has been a highlight of my spiritual career to date.
In 2025 I also became a Reiki Master and love helping people move energy throughout their body with this modality. Reiki is something I have used for over 10 years and just now have been able to purse it professionally. My clients rave how they can feel calmer and happier in a matter of minutes just by booking a remote Reiki session.
Both Reiki and SGRSRT can help your subtle bodies transition from fight/flight and into your parasympathetic nervous system - or your resting system. This allows your body to be in a relaxed state of mind for the true medical healing to begin in the physical body. This of these spiritual techniques as just one set of triage.
As someone who deals/ has dealt with anxiety and depression these modalities may help you with yours. Remember though, I am not a medical professional.
